A Poem about Bandits

I have reblogged this poem by Michelle Joelle having read it just this morning. It is one of those poems that I always thought the best kind when I was a child with strong memorable images that draw me into the story. This is a site that I think I will be visiting often and I do hope that you will enjoy it too.

    • I forgot to say, Desperate Courtiers! What subject matter! I always remember the great Malcolm Muggeridge telling how he was once sitting at a café table when two young men came to the table next to his. One turned to the other and said without a hint of irony , “The trouble is, I think I am licking the wrong boots”!
